Senior Social Media Manager - Job Summary
Lead the social media brand presence and online community engagement, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to grow awareness, followers, and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with business goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content across primary and secondary social media channels.
- Develop and refine voice, tone, and channel-specific social media strategies.
- Lead social listening and community management to identify engagement opportunities.
- Manage the Employee Advocacy Program to increase brand reach and social selling.
- Oversee executive social presence by crafting tailored content and monitoring engagement.
- Track campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools to drive measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B social media and online community management.
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and translate them into relevant content.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools to create engaging graphics independently.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with ability to capture unique voices and simplify technical concepts.
